Cole had a great 2nd birthday! Saturday, we had a little party with Pa and Nana. We had Cole's favorite for dinner - pancakes - and opened a few presents. He loved the train set from Pa and Nana:
Bryce and I also gave him a tricycle. When he opened it, he said, "Woooohhhh - It's a MOTORCYCLE!!" We took it outside for a test run. He mostly seemed to want to just push it around instead of ride it...
On Sunday, we had the Thomsen's over for some pie and ice cream. Cole loved all of his presents and spending time with his cousins, especially Mitchell.

I think it's cute that he and Sawyer both call their tricycle a motorcycle! Sawyer had the exact same bike. It was fun seeing you guys the other night, we will have to get the kids together again soon!
I love that little train set. Also makes me think of Grandpa. Oh crap... here come the tears again!
Happy Birthday Cole! I'm not sure why, but Grey prefers to push his tricycle too. Silly boys! :)
